I love easy days. There will always be a part of me that doesn't want to work too hard. Compared to the last week or so, today was easy - flat running on some of my favorite trails on a beautiful sunny morning with low mileage. But I need to keep reminding myself that it's still a day to work on my form and to pay attention to the sore spots that need to be worked on later. Easy days are not lazy days.

4 miles, No time, half on the Adidas Trail. Right calf felt tight but loosened up when I stopped to stretch it after 3.
